Invite-only pilot

Pilot Participation Notice

Effective August 24, 2026. This notice supplements the AcquiAtlas Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If those documents conflict with this notice, the more protective confidentiality and data-handling requirement applies until the issue is reviewed.

1. Synthetic data only

The broker pilot is restricted to fictional or irreversibly synthetic company, buyer, seller, broker, financial, and transaction information. Participants must not upload or enter real client, customer, employee, owner, counterparty, confidential document, or live transaction data.

2. Invitation-only beta service

The pilot is a limited, pre-release service. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, or withdrawn. AcquiAtlas may pause admissions or temporarily freeze protected access to preserve security, data integrity, or service reliability.

3. Confidential information

Pilot participants must share transaction information only with people authorized to receive it and must use the platform permissions provided for each listing, workspace, and data room. Participation does not replace a transaction-specific confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement.

4. No professional or transaction advice

Listings, valuations, summaries, extraction results, AI-assisted output, readiness indicators, and workflow suggestions are informational tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, valuation, or other professional advice and must be independently reviewed before a transaction decision.

5. Human review and provider limitations

Automated extraction, malware scanning, electronic signature, email delivery, payment processing, and AI services may be degraded or unavailable. The platform will identify known degraded states and may require a manual review, upload, signature, or support-assisted fallback.

6. Acceptable use

Participants must not upload unlawful or malicious material, misrepresent authority over a listing or document, share access credentials, probe another participant’s data, evade platform limits, or use confidential information outside the authorized transaction purpose.

7. Data access, export, correction, and deletion

Participants may use available account tools or contact support to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of their personal data. Transaction records may be retained when required to protect other participants, preserve an audit trail, resolve a dispute, or satisfy applicable legal obligations.

8. Support and incident reporting

Report suspected unauthorized access, incorrect permissions, payment discrepancies, or data-integrity problems immediately to support@acquiatlas.com. Do not include passwords, payment-card data, or unnecessary confidential documents in a support message.

Active participants must record acceptance of the versioned synthetic-only terms on the pilot terms page before protected features or complimentary pilot entitlements are enabled.
